+ How often to perform facial cleansing treatments?

Perform peeling once a week in order to exfoliate the keratinized epidermis. Use a gentle bamboo exfoliator or an enzymatic peeling with AHA acids. You may also decide to exfoliate more often, 2-3 times a week. Use a facial scrub that can be used more often thanks to its gentle formula.

+ Can a facial cleanser be used daily?

Definitely not! Daily exfoliation of the epidermis adversely affects our skin. Such frequent exfoliation leads to skin irritation and weakening of the hydrolipid coat. The consequence is dry and rough skin or small pimples. In response to a sudden loss of water from the epidermis, the skin tries to repair this mistake, while producing large amounts of sebum-sebum. The effect? At the same time, the skin is dry and oily.
